Mockup — what's different from today's portal:
Surface chips (dock) — every interactive thing is a chip at the top. Click to expand inline. No modals.
Front/back matter on every card — click a card to flip; back has deploy history + auth_mode toggles.
Filter chips compose — env × auth × client × status, all four axes, all four chips visible at once.
Settings is a chip, not a modal — click ⚙ settings in the user chip, it expands inline below the header.
Inventory is a chip — same pattern. Admin-only. The 12-entry inventory is now first-class in the UI.
All vanilla JS, no build step — same language, same single-file deploy, just FreshCards patterns applied.
